Arabie Dam aka Flag Boshielo Dam lies the Olifants River, near Marble Hall, Limpopo, South Africa. Established in 1987, it has a capacity of 185 million cubic metres. The dam provides good fishing, but security could be a problem even when camping in the Nature Conservation area. There is no electricity or running water next to the dam (where most people set up camp) but there is a tuck shop and ablution block. There is a launch area for boats. Watch out for the crocodiles as well as criminal elements. Gates open at 6 am and close around 6 pm.
